No-one likes having to change plans but we all know life happens! It's a tricky balance as a small business - we want you to feel safe and supported but also need to be realistic about covering our costs. So this is our policy:

Up until a month before the event, you can cancel and recieve a full refund, minus £20 admin fee. After that time, you are welcome to transfer the booking to a friend or retain a credit on your Academy of Wide-Hearted Living account, for use on a future event. In the unlikely event that we have to cancel an event, you will be issued a full refund.
