RESTORE

Leave feeling positive, uplifted and inspired, ready to carry on creating through the winter months.

"If you had asked me I would have said that I was not creative. I was wrong, because

after completing the course I can see resources everywhere that I can use in a creative way.

This means I am enjoying life more fully and having more fun."

About Your Host

Hi! I'm Melissa Noble, founder of The Academy of Wide-Hearted Living.  The Academy offers courses, workshops and retreats, helping people get connected with their creativity so they can use it to make their life better.

My background is in social care, so I've always known how to support others wellbeing but I've not always been great at looking after my own. A few years ago, I made some big changes and started taking better care of myself.

Connecting with my creativity played a massive part in that. And since then, it's brought me a whole heap of joy. And that's what I want to share with other people.

Letting go of the need to get everything 'perfect' and just enjoy the process has been an incredible liberation. Combining creativity with mindfulness and nature practices makes an incredible cocktail!

I'm extremely excited about leading this new programme in beautiful Teignmouth. Recently I shared some of the activities with a whole tent full of people at Into the Wild festival. They went down a storm! I can't wait to share them with you. Any questions, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
