Sessions will be on a Tuesday evening (7pm start), repeating on a Saturday afternoon (3pm start)
Creative Zing = 90 minutes
Pure Zen = 60 minutes
Hygge Huddle = 90 minutes
Following every Hygge Huddle will be a rest week (or two). You'll be offered suggestions for some lovely activities to do in your own sweet time
