Once the clocks go back, it can feel like we're in for a bit of a slog. These sessions will help keep the winter blues at bay. They're carefully crafted to keep in tune with the seasons, embracing the cosiness without slipping into a slump. Join us and, when Spring arrives, you'll be ready to hit the ground running.

Thrive through Winter

Boost your wellbeing with these brilliant sessions designed to help you ace winter. It's too easy to fall down a rabbit-hole and get swamped by all the grey days. These get-togethers will help you make the most of the time available whilst honouring the rhythm of the seasons.

The Plan

Sessions begin when the clocks go back in October and finish at the end of March.

Each month, you will have 3 different types of session to choose from. Mix & match or come to all 3.

Sessions run on a Tuesday evening and repeat on a Saturday afternoon.

Creative Zing

Ignite your winter energy

Connect with your creativity and make life better. We'll play around with lots of uplifting activities to leave you feeling inspired.

Hygge Huddle

Down-to-earth wellbeing

About Your Host

Hi! I'm Melissa Noble, founder of The Academy of Wide-Hearted Living. 

The Academy offers courses, workshops and retreats, helping people get connected with their creativity so they can use it alongside practical wellbeing activities to make their life better.

Connecting with my creativity changed my life. Rewind to 2016, I couldn't even say the words "I am creative". Now, I'm happy to turn my hand to anything. It's given me purpose and helped me find so much joy. Now I'm on a mission to help other people feel that joy!

Letting go of the need to get everything 'perfect' and just enjoy the process has been an incredible liberation.

This programme is a new venture. I hope that you are able to join me and make this your best winter yet.

Practicalities

  • All sessions will be held on Zoom

  • Sessions will be on a Tuesday evening (7pm start), repeating on a Saturday afternoon (3pm start)

  • Creative Zing = 90 minutes

  • Pure Zen = 60 minutes

  • Hygge Huddle = 90 minutes

  • After each Hygge Huddle will come a rest week (or two). You'll be given some suggestions for lovely activities to do in your own sweet time

There will be 15 sessions (each repeated, so 30 in all) plus a celebratory season finale.
